  Absolutley horrid! Not my sons new OT Kirstin was amazing but the directer, previous OT and the staff are terrible! The communication, WHAT communication? I was called multiple times with the previous OT (NOT Kirstin) To reschedule last minute on numerious occasions. Then when we got a new OT the front end staff completely changed again and no one knew what to do at the front end. some of my co pays were not recorded so they sent me a bill asking me to prove I paid a november co pay in February. Not just that they charged me for a no show because i forgot 1 stinking time 2 days before Christmas. I was driving from albany to philomath every friday night they could not work with me it was a nightmare. My son was exhausted from the week, i was exhausted and we were driving in end of week traffic and at 5pm on the 34 passed the college. Then randomly my sons spot was no longer available for like 3 weeks. So I found a place closer to us. They dragged there feet SO hard and long on providing the necessary documents to this new place another month went by. Again NO communication what so ever on their part to fax over information, everytime i called it was another excuse. "Oh well we need a release form" .."oh well our fax machine isnt working, email us instead" " oh i dont know why that hasnt gone out yet, let me put you on hold, ....oh will go out today." They took so long my son lost his spot at the new place and we are now on a waiting list. They DO NOT CARE about your kid! :( my son is the one suffering, it makes me sad and angry he was their last priority. The ONLY saving grace was his wonderful OT Kirstin we will miss her. Do not bring your child here.
